Maruti WagonR Refresh To Replace The Old WagonR in 2017


Maruti is going to launch its new WagonR Refresh. It will be based on the stingray variant from the Auto Giants’ house. The Stingray will be soon out of the market, and its place will be taken by the latest top-end variant VXi+. Maruti may launch its Refresh model in 2017 and is getting an update after the span of some seven years.

The Indian model will be sharing its styling features with the Japanese-spec model of Maruti WagonR. The launch date is still not confirmed but according to the automakers, the car will be launched by the year-end or beginning of the year 2018.

  • It will also offer the AMT, standardized five-speed manual and will be fitted with the CNG kit. The price of the car is likely to vary between INR 4 Lacs to INR 5.5 Lacs.
  • The Petrol engine will be placed in the 1.0 L Series with the mileage of the 20.5 KMPL of the new WagonR Refresh.
  • Other major specifications for the Maruti WagonR Refresh model are dual-tone interior, front power windows, music system with four speakers, fog lamps, driver airbag and much more.

Lastly, it can be said that the new WagonR Refresh will prove quite good for the Indian roads, and the automakers are going to put higher expectations on it.
