It is currently outfitted a 40 kWh battery and one that comes with 148 bhp. As per the information available, the battery has an output of 180 BNP and the motors that are equipped in Nissan Leaf are capable of generating 320 Nm of torque. In addition to this, there are many amazing features in Nissan Leaf. One such feature is pro-pilot which is more like an auto parking system. One hopes that it is real soon; the Kona is widely anticipated and with good reason. This electric car comes with a 216 Ah 16 V which enables it to pack in quite a punch. It comes with a power output of 39.95 bhp of power which is quite impressive for an electric car. Furthermore, it also comes with a claimed range of 130 KM which is quite small compared to others.

The top speed of Tata Tigor EV is expected to be around 100 KM/hr and it is known that the car can be quickly charged from 0 to 80% in half hour whereas, with normal charging, it can take up to three hours to get charged. It also comes with impressive decals as well as the EV logo up front and centre. The capacity of the battery is not known yet but the range is expected to be around 130 Kms. In addition to this, it is also known that the car would have features like climate control and a lot of other sensors which would make it the car of the next generation. The expected launch of this car is in May 2019 and the price tag that we are expecting for this car is Rs 12 Lakh.

#5 Tata E-Vision EV

The Tata E-Vision EV was introduced by Tata as a C class sedan and it certainly looks fantastic, with sleek flowing body lines, and a reworked exterior. The company is looking to improve the range of electric cars with this model so it is expected or rumoured that the evision, when launched, will have a range in excess of 400 km.

Tata E-vision EV is expected to come with an enhanced battery pack as well as a top speed of 200 KMPH. It is also expected to go from 0 to 100 in a few seconds at most. It is expected to be launched in December 2020. There is a long time to go before the launch of the car. It is speculated that the car would be priced at Rs 25 Lakh but again, this may change by the time the car is launched.
